ingredients:

idly or dosa batter ( dosa batter must be thick)

onions-2 

chillies -2

kottemera- 1 hand full

salt to taste

procedure:

first chop onions ,chillies and kottemera  

add to the batter 

add salt

heat pongaralu pan 

add 1/4 spoon oil to the holes and pour the mixtire with the help of the spoon 

let them cook for  a  min turn the other side and let them cook 

it will be good evening snack
