onion vadiyalu

onions – 1kg 
pottu minappapu- 1kg

mirchi paste

salt to taste


soak minapappu for 5 hrs

remove the pottu … dont throw it away … we can make vadiyalu with pottu also

cut onions into small pieces

grind minapappu ( it will be good if we grind in wet grinder)

mix onions and mirchi and salt to the mixture

place them on a plastic sheet make sure that u wet ur hand when u keep vadiyalu on the sheet

then it comes good

dry them for a week 

because onions have water content in them it should be dried well


while frying them u should remove from the oil very soon . u should just drop them and remove from the oil or else they will turn black

store them in an air tight container
