minapindi vadiyalu

pottu minappapu- 1kg

mirchi paste

salt to taste

procedure

soak minapappu for 5 hrs

remove the pottu … dont throw it away … we can make vadiyalu with pottu also

grind minapappu ( it will be good if we grind in wet grinder)

mix mirchi and salt to the mixture

place them on a plastic sheet make sure that u wet ur hand when u keep vadiyalu on the sheet. chinna chinna ga pettukunte baguntayi

then it comes good

dry them for a week 

these will be good if we keep in totakura and gummadi kura curries

and with all dals and sambhar

store in an air tight container
