Semiya : 1 cup

lemon : 1 big

salt : 1 1/2 tspn
turmeric : 1/2 tspn
ground nuts : 2 tbspn
bengal gram : 2 tbspn
urad dal : 1tbspn
cumin seeds : 1tspn
mustard seeds : 1/2 tspn
red chilly :2
greenchillies :4
curry leaves : 5 strings

asafoetida : a pinch
oil :1tbspn



first boil water and add 1 spoon oil to the water

then add semya and cook for 2 mins

then strain them in using a strainer  and add cool water to semya this will prevent semya from not becoming sticky 

Now take a big pan add 3 spoons of oil add bengalgram,urad dal,ground nuts,mustard seeds,cumin seedsand fry them.when they r fried add chillies and curry leaves and fry them add semya and fry it also

now u can use tamarind pulp or lime juice

for tamarind pulp we should boil abig size lemon and extract the pulp
lastly we should add tamarind pulp
if we want to finish it fast we can use lemon also
the two taste will defer
both tastes will be good
u can do it according to ur choice and time
i mostly do it with lemon
