rice flour-1/2 kg

butter milk – 2 cups

ajwan – 4 spoons(vamu


mirchi powder

oil for frying


first take rice flour in a big bowl .add 2 table spoons of heated oil to it. this will make more cripie  to the dish .

add salt mirchi powder,ajwan and buttermilk and if needed some water and make it ino a dough 


put the dough in jantikalu maker and press into hot oil in small circular shapes



fry them into golden brown colour

remove from oil and place them in a paper bowl .this will remove excess oil from them.




store in an air tight container 

shelf life is 1 month

nice snack item which can be taken at any time
