GROUNDNUT PAKODA
INGREDIENTS:
groundnuts:1/2 kg
basin flour- 1 small cup
rice flour-1/2 cup
salt
mirchi powder
oil for frying
procedure
first take groundnuts in abowl of water and take them out from water after 5 min

now add basin,rice flour ,salt and mirchi powder and kneed them
if needed add some water

now spilt them into oil and fry them
store in an air tight cntainer
shelf life will be for 1 month
can be taken as evening snacks
