saggubiyyam upma
Ingredients:
Saggubiyyam – 250g
ginger – 1small piece
chilles -4
potato -1 finely chopped
onions -2 finely chopped
oil -4 spoons
groundnut powder -4 spoons
( fry ground nuts in a pan without oil add some red chilles and jeera and make the powder)

procedure:
first soak saggubiyyam for 2 hrs and remove the water and keep aside for 2-3 hrs
take a pan heat oil and add minapappu ,avalu and jeera and fry onions,potatoes ginger ,chilles etc
once they r cooked add saggubiyyam and stirr for 2 min
add ground nut powder and fry for another 3-5 min
put off the flame and garnish with coriander
sevve hot
it will be a tasty snack item
